In the course of four generations, the Bari family has transformed their simple wood burning bakery into one of the most important gastronomical destinations in Northern Italy: Trattoria Nogarazza.

Paolo Bari, owner of Nogarazza, combines the great wisdom found in his familys traditions with a unique spirit of innovation and excellence to create a truly unique dining experience. Embodying vast knowledge of the region, food, and people of the Veneto, Paolo has developed an eye for excellence enabling him to provide an exceptional experience to his guests.

In keeping with tradition, Paolo has chosen the best local wines to present to his guests; all varieties grown locally in the Colli Berici, rising from the fields surrounding the Nogarazza. The Colli Berici are an extraordinary and irreplaceable land, a land which yields a distinct essence to the most well known grapevines in the world. On the slopes of the Berici Hills, local grapes find ideal growing conditions and are infused with aromas like coconut, mature jams, and red berries; all perceived and in some measure equal to the characteristics of the great international grapes. It is from this heritage that Desmorosso was born; a synthesis of tradition with passion, style, and creativity.

JPBari srl is an idea born from the entrepreneurial spirit of Paolo Bari with the goal of introducing the best elements of Italian living to the interested vacation traveler through the Dynamic Ducati Driving experience. From April through September, Dynamic Ducati Driving participants have the chance to partake in a series of all inclusive tours, exploring the Veneto, climbing the Dolomites, and visiting the Ducati factory and museum in Bologna, all while driving their very own Ducati motorcycle!

Each group of up to four participants will be shepherded through the region with the assistance of an experienced tour guide, able to provide commentary on your tour and provide instruction to increase driving ability and confidence on the routes of the chosen itinerary.
