The maximum number of bottles available per order is SIX (6).
E-mail receipt
You will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please save a copy of this, as it will also be your receipt.
Order status
Please feel free to email us with specific questions about your order. You can inquire about the status of an existing order by emailing us; please include your name and order number with your request.
Shipping and handling
Our courier (SDA Express Courier) will deliver during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. If at the time of delivery no one is available to accept the shipment, a note will be left. Delivery will be attempted a second time, the following business day. After the second attempt, the package will be kept at the SDA branch office, where you will have to pick-up the package, in person. For additional information, e-mail us.
ETA (Estimated time of arrival)
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by e-mail.
NOTE: due to the ongoing development of the E-Commerce site and our having to manually process orders, there may be a slight delay in processing your order.
Sales Tax (IVA)
Desmorosso.com is required by law to apply a 20% sales tax to the merchandise total for items shipped to the EU community.
On shipments outside of the EU community, the purchaser is liable for all taxes and customs fees.
Cancellation policy
To cancel your order, please send us an e-mail with your name and order number. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible and items must be returned (see: Return Policy).
Returns
You may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price within 10 business days of its arrival. Notify us in writing, via e-mail or fax, with your name and order number. All products returned must be:
- in the original packaging.
- in the same condition when received.
A refund will be sent within 15 business days of receipt at our facility, following inspection.
